Marathon training commences

I have recently been successful in getting a charity place for the London Marathon alongside my closest friend Holly, we are running to support the Neuro Foundation.

I am a sporadic runner anyhow but today will be my first official training run and this is my first blog post, I will be learning as I go and will welcome any tips you all may have!

Ill use this space and encourage Holly to do so too, will will share our training tales, eating tales for maximum energy and nutrition and anything else we think will be interesting or amusing.

Right, time to slip into my Vivo’s, get Franks lead on and make tracks at midday.
